Regalpoint Homes Power into 2017 with a Multitude of New Schemes

Regalpoint Homes have set themselves up for an extremely busy and productive 2017, with a large number
of new schemes in Kent that will appeal to a wide range of buyer – from first timers to upsizers.

Having ended 2016 prosperously with sell out success for all their schemes including Regal House in
East Grinstead and Ashdown Court in Forest Row, the company are setting the bar for small housebuilders.
Not only did they experience positivity with their developments, they also had a number of side project
accomplishments including planning for 50 homes at West Wickham. This was a complex site to gain consent
on, but with Regalpoint’s industry knowledge, dedication, and support from the local community, they
managed to achieve consent, going on to sell the “build-ready” site to a fortunate peer.

In the year to come, Regalpoint Homes will be no less busy, steaming towards an expected construction start
date of March for their Tonbridge development. This unique scheme will be centrally placed on the High Street and
will consist of fourteen 1 & 2 bedroom, contemporary apartments in an area whose popularity is only growing.

The housebuilders have also secured another well-placed project due to start in February 2017 that will be
located on Tunbridge Wells High Street. This will be a select and stylish development of four 1 bedroom
