REGALPOINT HOMES ENTERS Q4 WITH CONFIDENCE
Kent-based housebuilder Regalpoint Homes have entered the last quarter with confidence, quashing the Brexit fears with a flourishing 2017 that has included excellent sales, a record number of new sites and more land acquired, all tied together with a brand-new website.
The property market has received a considerable amount of uncertain predictions since the Brexit vote, but recent figures from NHBC reveal that new home registrations have reached their highest third quarter total in 10 years, with 37,936 registrations during the period of July to September, up 6% from last year.
Tony Porter, Managing Director of Regalpoint Homes affirms the report, commenting; “Despite the shaky foundations of the housing market since the Brexit vote, the speculation has been far worse than reality in our experience. We have had a very strong year, with sell-out success at our Regal House scheme, lots if new sites acquired, and quick progression on our current sites in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, which are on schedule for their forecasted completion dates. Another achievement for us this year has been The Lodge in Beulah Road, which was reserved before the foundations had even been poured. It seems that the tentative market comments have not interrupted the demand for new homes, which we are continuing to supply.”
Regalpoint Homes has brought developments to some of the most popular locations in Kent, including Regal Gate, a collection of 4 apartments close to The Pantiles in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, which the public will be able to view shortly. In Tonbridge, One Three Three is a scheme consisting of a 3-bedroom mews house and fourteen new apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, some with views across the Tonbridge skyline and its historic buildings. This will be open to the public next year, with a show flat opening in early 2018.
Regalpoint have also secured some exciting projects in equally as sought-after locations in Kent and Surrey, including Matfield, Wittersham, Byfleet, Warlingham and Offham. Tying all of this success together is their new website, which the company has revamped to reflect their continued growth and competitive developments.
As well as these confirmed schemes, Regalpoint Homes have a lengthy list of projects in the planning process,
in such desirable locations as Lamberhurst, Borough Green, Cranbrook, Wittersham, Tunbridge Wells and Matfield.
With their fruitful pipeline, Regalpoint Homes is an attractive prospect for investors, who will be in an advantageous position with the level of return that Regalpoint Homes have a strong record of offering. Tony Porter comments “We are extremely pleased to be in a position to positively benefit Kent’s business market and the local economies in which we build. I encourage potential investors to get in touch to discuss involvement in our upcoming schemes.”
