REGALPOINT HOMES APPOINT
NEW NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Kent-based housebuilder Regalpoint Homes have appointed Philip Clarke as their
new Non-Executive Chairman. A Fellow of the Institution of Chartered Surveyors,
Philip has been in the property industry for many years, and consequently set
up his own property consultant company that later merged to become
Fisher Property Solutions.

At Regalpoint Homes, Philip Clarke will be working to develop investor funding and raise the housebuilders’ profile.
Having studied at the University College of Estate Management in Reading, Philip now specialises in advising clients
on investment, finance and development. With his in-depth experience and remarkable book of contacts, he will be
well placed to advise on the financial side of the business.

developments in the town centres of both Royal Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge –
both very affluent and desirable areas in the South East.
