REGALPOINT HOMES BRING EXCLUSIVE

Kent housebuilder Regalpoint Homes have recently achieved planning consent for a new home in
Tunbridge Wells situated on Beulah Road, The Lodge. This popular area (also known as the
St James area due to its close proximity to St James Church) is desirably close to all
Tunbridge Wells’ attractions; its useful train station, wide-ranging shops and excellent schooling.

After submitting planning permission for a single-storey lodge house on a previously
used brownfield site in March this year, consent was granted to Regalpoint Homes in May,
meaning that building can commence as soon as August this year.
